sketch 008 - hellboy & scooby-doo: mystery of the prohibition ghost

happy halloween, everybody!

i recently listened to one of my favorite podcasts out there, war rocket ajax (w.r.a. on the barrel! shout-out!), and chris sims (one of the hosts) and tom fowler (one of the guests) were discussing about how scooby-doo and the mystery inc. is similar to b.p.r.d.  so i thought, hey! why not a team-up between the two main characters?  and since i'm on my own personal prohibition (FOR A WHOLE FREAKING MONTH), they should fight prohibition-era ghosts.

took a little vaca last week so no posting... this sketch above is inspired by janelle monae's album cover for "the archandroid" and i put up asgard on top of the head instead of a regular city... i used the following jack kirby's image for references... i highly recommend checking out the hardcover "tales of asgard" by lee and kirby for good ol' fun comics starring thor and his pals...
